This healthy medicine has been used by the Amish people( a Mennonite sect settled in North America), from long time ago. They claim that this natural home remedy boosts your immune system and can effectively treat many diseases.
Ingredients and instructions:
You need to have 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 garlic glove, 1 piece of ginger, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Note that ginger and the garlic glove should be grated.
All you have to do regarding the preparing process is to mix these ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 5 days.
