YOU COULD BE RICH IF YOU STILL HAVE DISNEY VHS TAPES WITH THIS MARK INSIDE THE COVER

For those of us who grew up in the late 80s and early 90s, Disney VHS tapes were pretty much a household staple.

There was nothing better than popping in your favorite Disney moment at the end of a long week and watching that famous castle light up the screen—that is, if your sister remembered to rewind the VHS, which she probably didn’t.

Of course we all had to get The Little MermaidBeauty and the BeastAladdin, andHercules the moment they came out on VHS. And some of us were even lucky enough to score a few classics when they were re-released.

But along with the changing times came DVDs, and before we knew it, those Disney VHS tapes were just collecting dust in the attic if your parents didn’t already throw them away.

Well, good news for anybody still holding on to those seemingly ancient tapes: they might actually be worth something now!

According to Moviepilot, here are a few Disney movies you might be able to sell online:

Peter Pan… $50 – $200

The Lion King…. $75 – $200

101 Dalmatians… $100 – $200

Aladdin… $150 – $500

Snow White… $250 – $600

Cinderella… $200 – $1,000

But don’t go creating a new Ebay account just yet. The Disney VHS tapes that collectors really want are the ones with the “Black Diamond Classic” label inside the cover.

“On the spines of some VHS (and BetaMax) tapes is a black diamond with Walt’s signature on it. This was Disney’s first attempt to market their videos to homes. Because of this, certain Disney collectors are convinced that these VHS tapes are worth something,” Reddit user Reddit_Executive wrote online.Currently, the most valuable Disney VHS tape to date is an unopened, sealed version of Beauty and the Beast.

How much is it selling for? According to Wimp, the starting bid on Ebay is $25,000!

Does Your Heel Hurt in the Morning or Whenever You Stand Up? Here’s What You Need to Know

‘Plantar fascia’ refers to foot health. It’s a thin ligament which connects the front part of the foot with the heel.

It was reported that over half of the American population suffer from foot pain, which is usually related to plantar fasciitis, or damage to the plantar fascia.

Does Your Heel Hurt in the Morning or Whenever You Stand Up? Here’s What You Need to KnowPlantar fasciitis condition is typically caused by repetitive motion or weight gain, and it usually appears in athletes, pregnant woman, and those who work in a standing position for longer periods of time.

So, the pressure and weight cause inflammation and pain.

Nevertheless, there’s a prevention and treatment for this condition.

The best way to treat it is doing stretching exercises since they relax the tight muscles which further worsen the condition.

The most effective exercises for this condition are:

Calf Stretches

Your heel pain can be alleviated by stretching of the calf.

Just stretch your leg in a squat-like movement and remain this position for half a minute. Do this 3 times with each leg.

Seated Exercises

Here are the most effective seated exercises:

  • Cross one leg over another, and pull your big toe upward. Remain in this position for 15 seconds, and then release. Do this 3 times with each leg.
  • Take a folded towel and place it under the foot arch. Then, push upward so that your foot is stretched in front of your body. Hold this position for 15 to 30 seconds. Do this 3 times.
  • You need a water bottle or something similar. Roll your foot over the bottle for about 60 seconds for each leg.

These exercises prevent plantar fasciitis, and here are more ways to prevent this condition:

Warm up

Don’t forget to warm up your body prior to any exercise or physical activity. In this way you will avoid possible injuries.

Regular Exercise

Exercising regularly and keeping a healthy weight is one of the best way to prevent plantar fasciitis. The risk of ligament tightening is further reduced by stretching your muscles and joints.

Ensure Proper Support

To keep your feet healthy, wear comfortable shoes. It is extremely important your feet to have proper support, so avoid wearing tight or badly constructed shoes, and walking barefoot.

Keep a Healthy Weight

Controlling your weight is the best way to prevent unnecessary pressure on your whole body and feet.

Rest

Always try to rest your feet between your everyday activities, as they carry your entire body weight. Also, don’t expose your feet and heels to continuous repetitive movement.

If you are able to prevent feet problems, you will most effectively protect your feet health. If you think you have plantar fasciitis, start doing these exercises and lifestyle changes, but in more serious cases consult a doctor.
